Bambams Jerky marinade:

1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 or 2 cloves of garlic (used only 1 this time)
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
dash of ginger
dash salt and pepper
5 or 6 drops of liquid smoke (I used mesquite this time)

Mix all together and pour over 1 lb. of your favorite meat.
For best results, marinate overnight.
Make sure you drain them thoroughly before adding them to the beef jerky machine trays! Takes about 6 to 8 hours to turn jerky. Results may vary.
